  • Exceptions: Orders shipped to U.S. territories, islands, or any location outside the continental USA are not eligible for free shipping due to significantly higher shipping costs.
  • International Orders: Orders outside the United States are also ineligible for free shipping. Customers in these regions will be responsible for covering all shipping costs.


Return Policy

  • Deduction of Initial Shipping Costs: If the original order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by KNKMIAMI will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and the shipment of the new item.


Refund Policy

Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • KNKMIAMI will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
  • Refunds for damaged items will include the original shipping fees, and no restocking fees will apply.
