At KNKMIAMI, we are committed to providing high-quality training products and a clear, fair shopping experience. Please review the following policy carefully before returning any item.


 

Return Eligibility

 


Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items shipped after 30 days will not be accepted.


Returned items must be unused, in original condition, free from damage, wear, odors, or marks, and securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items received used, damaged, or incomplete may be refused or may receive a partial refund at KNKMIAMI’s discretion.


 

Refunds

 


Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


 

Shipping Costs

 


Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied to the original order, the equivalent shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. KNKMIAMI strongly recommends using a trackable shipping service and is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


 

Restocking Fee

 


A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, inventory processing, and payment processing costs. This percentage follows standard e-commerce practices.


 

Exchanges

 


Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item and the shipping cost of the replacement item. The 15% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.


 

Damaged or Defective Products

 


If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. For approved damaged or defective items, KNKMIAMI will cover return shipping, waive the restocking fee, and issue a replacement or full refund.


 

How to Return or Exchange

 


No return authorization is required. Repackage the item securely and include inside the package your order number and a brief note indicating whether the item is a return or an exchange. Ship the package to the return address listed on our website. Returns sent without proper identification may experience processing delays.


 

Important Notes

 


Free shipping promotions are non-refundable. Orders shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for free shipping. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns. KNKMIAMI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
